OUR GUARANTEE/ RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30-Day from Date of Purchase, money back guarantee! * Email request RMA and send your item(s)back to us, in its original condition, and we will accommodate your request for a replacement item, store credit, or refund. Of course, if the mistake is ours for any reason, we'll pay for return shipment. Marked Closeout- non-returnable items, are not eligible for return guarantee, of course, unless defective, for exchange of same item.
There is no restocking fee, but a minimal 5% charge will be reflected in credit card refunds towards the Credit Card or PayPal transaction fees already incurred.
Returns If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges, that have already been incurred.
Exchanges If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Please note: As is Universal Retail Policy: "Opened" DVDs, CDs, Software and Videos may not be returned. (of course faulty DVDs, Software, Videos or CDs will be replaced.)
